Dr. Shannon Humphrey is a Clinical Instructor at the University of British Columbia Department of Dermatology and Skin Science. She is a practicing dermatologist at the Vancouver General Hospital Skin Care Centre and St. Paul’s Hospital.

She received her Bachelor of Science with distinction and MD with distinction from Dalhousie Medical School. She recently completed her dermatology residency at the University of British Columbia and is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. She is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology.

Dr. Humphrey’s clinical and research interests include dermatologic therapeutics, acne, skin cancer, and medical education.

Dr. Humphrey teaches medical students and residents in her general dermatology clinics. She is a member of the Resident Education Committee for the Department of Dermatology and Skin Science.
